About the Founder & Principal
Strategic Approach Consulting, LLC
Autumn holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Development and a master's degree in Education Administration, is currently pursuing a PhD, and holds the Strategic Planning Professional (SPP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials.
Autumn brings more than 20 years of experience helping organizations, leaders, and communities navigate complexity, strengthen performance, and move strategy into action. Her career spans executive leadership, organizational strategy, education, workforce development, government, nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and cross-sector partnerships.
Across that work, she has led organizations, teams, and complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, built the systems and structures that make strategy executable, and managed multimillion dollar budgets and resources in service of organizational and community impact.
Autumn brings the perspective of both strategist and operator. Throughout her career, she has been responsible not only for developing strategy, but for leading the people, systems, and resources required to execute it. That experience shapes a practical approach grounded in what organizations can actually implement, not simply what looks good on paper.
